The other series of exercises is relatively simple. Lie on your back on bed or a board with face and palms up. At the same time, keep your feet the same width of your shoulder, and close the eyes. Take a deep breath, and hold on for a few seconds to make the whole lung filled with fresh air. Then breathe out the waste air. After repeating them for several times, open your eyes, and gaze at a fixed object. When your eyes feel a little tired, close the eyes, but still with the minds on it.
